The Sandroine Awards 1965 ballot picks Ayako Wakao as Lead Actress, Lou Castel as Lead Actor, Eleanor Parker as Supporting Actress and Jean Sorel as Supporting Actor. It is a personal, alternative ranking of the year's best acting performances in cinema: the top five in each of the four acting categories, with performances from around the world next to the usual favourites. 13 of the 17 picks on the 1965 ballot are from outside the United States (Japan, Italy, Denmark, Colombia, England and France).
