1987 acting ballot: best lead and supporting performances

The Sandroine Awards 1987 ballot picks Emmanuelle Chaulet as Lead Actress, Gaspard Manesse as Lead Actor, Birgitte Federspiel as Supporting Actress and Leslie Cheung as Supporting Actor. It is a personal, alternative ranking of the year's best acting performances in cinema: the top five in each of the four acting categories, with performances from around the world next to the usual favourites. 14 of the 15 picks on the 1987 ballot are from outside the United States (France, Hong Kong, Spain, England, Poland and Denmark).
