The Sandroine Awards 1988 ballot picks Isabelle Huppert as Lead Actress, Isaach de Bankolé as Lead Actor, María Barranco as Supporting Actress and Divine as Supporting Actor. It is a personal, alternative ranking of the year's best acting performances in cinema: the top five in each of the four acting categories, with performances from around the world next to the usual favourites. 10 of the 16 picks on the 1988 ballot are from outside the United States (France, Spain, China, England, Ivory Coast, Poland and Canada).
