2009 acting ballot: best lead and supporting performances

The Sandroine Awards 2009 ballot picks Tilda Swinton as Lead Actress, Ben Whishaw as Lead Actor, Anne Dorval as Supporting Actress and Dominic Cooper as Supporting Actor. It is a personal, alternative ranking of the year's best acting performances in cinema: the top five in each of the four acting categories, with performances from around the world next to the usual favourites. 14 of the 17 picks on the 2009 ballot are from outside the United States (England, Spain, South Korea, Australia, Germany, Canada and Italy).
